Zone Alarm keeps logging me out of chat forum

Zone alarm keeps logging me out of chat forum on this site. Anyone know how to prevent this without shutting down Zone Alarm so that I still have the protection of a firewall ?

    It is unlikely that ZoneAlarm is logging you out. They are making changes to this site at the moment and it is very likely it is to do with that, alongside any other strange things going on that you might notice!
