Please see my thread in Consumer Rights.....Delivery of an online order.
Three failed deliveries later and still no bathroom.
Was booked in for 24th Feb, stayed at home all day lost pay. Told it would be delivered AM phoned 3pm was still enroute and would contact driver and get back me - noone ever called back.
Complained to Homebase
Was booked in for Tuesday 17th Mrach was told I would be phoned on Monday to arrange a time - they never contacted me.
Contacted Homebase again
Wincanton called on Thursday left a voicemail. I returned their call and was advised that it would be delivered today, they would call on Fri to arrange a time slot.
No phone call yesterday, phoned Wincanton this morning was advised that they had been unsuccessful getting hold of me Thurs advised not true. So no bathroom today.....
Phoned Homebase this morning and it has been booked in for Thursday. Not holding my breathe......
