ZoneAlarm Keeps Logging Me Out Of Chat Forums

Zone Alarm keeps logging me out of the chat forums of this site and on friends reunited. I can only prvent this by shutting down Zone Alarm but if I do this it means I am unprotected against hackers.
Anyone know how to resolve this? Anyones help much appreciated.

Strange. Plenty of people here use ZoneAlarm and the MSE forums without a problem. ???
Does ZA give you any message when it kicks you out? How does it 'log you out' of the forums - by closing the browser window, or by denying access? Can you cut and paste a relevant part of the ZA logfile for us to take a look at (you may want to edit the file to mask your own ip address)?
Are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox as your browser?
Which version of Windows are you running? And which version of ZoneAlarm?
Have you made ANY other changes to the PC prior to this problem starting (installing/uninstalling any programs, adding any hardware, etc, etc)?0
