Yeah I think so - taking it slowly - surgeon says I can run as long as I'm not in pain when walking afterwards
Ahhh well it was orginally part of my email address when travelling - so 'round the world' but now its 'race the world'
No x-ray yet twitty - am still waiting on that...got bored so went back to running - if it breaks between now and London I can always withdraw
