Order of work?

Hi all,
We are gutting and renovating our new house. I would love some help on ordering all the different jobs that need doing as I am not sure. Some can go on simultaneously, others have to be done before the next trade can get in. Problem is, I'm not sure which ones are which or when people do first and second fixes! The house will not be lived in while the work is ongoing.
Things to do.
Re-roof and replace rainwater goods
complete re-wire
knock down partition wall between wc and bathroom
remove bathroom
replace bathroom
remove and replace tiles in bathroom
knock down supporting wall between dining room and kitchen
remove kitchen
replace kitchen
chemical dpc injected
tanking and replastering most of interior walls
lay solid wood floor downstairs (including taking out quarry tiles in kitchen)
lay carpet upstairs
close open fireplace
install downstairs wc underneath stairs (no plumbing at present)
Is there anything I have forgotten?
Any help appreciated!
Rob

building work first (ie rip-out old stuff)
once the roof is back on, get your plumber and spark into the mix for their first fix.
then plastering
then paint + tile
then second fixes
then carpets and wall paper
..or get a decent builder and they'll handle it all including scheduling.0 -
Are you trying to live in this hell hole (sorry home!) while this happens?0
