I am in the process of having a utility room built on the back of my garage (yippee!)
I am wanting a nice storage area within this small space, so all the junk can be hidden behind closed doors.
I am looking for my builder to make a built in unit to house the washing machine and fridge freezer. Do you know of any off the shelf ideas I can show him so he can create something for me.
I am thinking of having sliding doors with shelves behind them, as I am concerned that built in units might not house both my existing washing machine and fridge freezer which are free standing.
Thanks in advance

Think carefully about putting a free standing Fridge Freezer in a cupboard / unit as they need good ventilation to operate correctly. At best it will cost a lot more to run at worse it could overheat and fail. If you must do it make sure it's properly ventilated - the build in ones have specially designed ventilation.0
