British Gas are trying it on
I left BG in 2001, in April for Electric and June for my Gas and went duel fuel with what was then Virgin now EDF. I am now getting letters and phone calls from a DCA saying I owe £64 from November 2003,:mad: Called BG they say they know nothing about it and confirm my dates, then get call from BG saying I owe above amount from 2003
. Tell stupid woman again that I left in 2001, she said they will investigate ,now getting more calls from a different DCA about this, gonna kill someone soon.As it was I had a key meter for my electric.
Anyone any idea how I can get these idiots to accept the truth. Actually sent the 1st DCA proof by recorded delivery, but they say they never got it DUH!!!!
