Consultation stage!!

I have just started the consulation stage and have found out my score with was 70 out of 105.

Am I within my rights to know who scored these scores? And what other scores other people got?

I want to appeal againts it, as other people on the firm are not even qualified and i am, I do there are other factors to contend with too

Thanks

  • Hi

I am currently in a similar position. I have today sought legal advice from an Employment Law specialist and they have informed me that if you ask they have to provide details of all scores. They can, however, block out the names on these but at least you can see (and probably figure) where others have scored higher than you

    Hope this helps

yes thanks. I will have to lay and wait
  • I have gone through consultations and "redundancy scoring" in the past, both being a rep for people up for redundancy and also as one of teh people who did the "scoring".

You should be entitled to know WHO is doing the scoring/assessing and how they determined that score. But you will not be entitled to know what other individuals scores were.
  • My wife has been through this and as the lowest scorer for her job role, she was shown all the individual scores and able to appeal against any she felt was unfair.

She was not, however allowed to know what the other people scored and neither were they told.
