leasehold petition

Hi I am new on these forums. I am disabled and I have enough of the leasehold freeholder/landlord rogues. I find that so many abuses can be made against disabled people, and recourse to legalisation is far worse than for general problems. I viewed the issues for disabled people who live in leasehold properties, so i decided there was a need to petition for change (but I aimed this at everyone in leasehold properties to benefit as well.)
