Hi, I sold an item at 7.30pm last Friday & despite 5 e-mails the buyer has not paid so I plan to open a dispute at 7.30pm today (it wont let me open a dispute until exactly 7 days). I know the buyer has been active on ebay since this purchase as the feedback shows things have been won & paid for since my item ended, they havent had the decency to contact me to say there is a problem or even to say they didnt want the item (even though they placed several seperate bids over the course of 3 days).
It is the first time I have done this - have threatened to do it on previous items but the buyer has always paid up.
Could someone please just answer a few questions,
How long is it before I can re-list the item?
The buyer is quite new - less then a month old but has a feedback of 22. Will this actually have any effect on whether they can buy on ebay in the future? (I know its a bit sad, but Ive spent time & effort on this over the past week & kind of want them to suffer a bit too)
Mainly I just want to say Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Thanks for lettng me let off steam!

When the dispute is opened the buyer as 7 days to respond to it and then you can relist (plus you get your fees back from the previous listing). The buyer will also get a non-performing strike. The shinbone is a device for finding furniture in a dark room.:TBig thanks to all competition posters:T0
