The park I want is kings in Spain, but you cannot book it online, just wondered why? Presumably with the ones you cannot book online, the only way is sending in the tokens by post so priority booking codes are no good for these ones.

    Hi all!

I don't have time to read through this whole thread...............

So I'm just wondering if someone can definitely (& honestly!) answer this for me?

Basically I booked my first holiday when the last offer was on and have been sent a priority booking code this time which I probably won't be using. So if I was to give it away would another person be able to use it the same but with their name & address not mine and also would I be be likely to still receive another priority booking in the future?

    cheers

Yes they can use it with their details but it can only be used once. Not sure if you'd get another one.

Hi, thanks to the person who posted the last code word. I was hoping to go to Dorset on the 24th Aug (Mon- Fri) but no luck. The only availaible park along the south coast on that date was Southsea Leisure park. There are very few reviews about this park and the ones I can find are from people who went camping or took their camper. Has anyone ever stayed in the static caravan in this park? Their brochure doesn't give much away!
    thanks in advance.

    that's right

Never been but if i was you, i'd grab it, I couldn't get any of the parks that i wanted in the holidays apart from the 31st and the other half can't get that time off, am now trying for a weekend in July.
  • Southsea leisure park is a small park near eastney, the beach in southsea is pebbles, there is the pyrimids centre for slides and swimming, there is also a rubbish funfair, but if you go on the hayling ferry there are sandy beaches. This is a good area to explore if you want to see the historic ships in portsmouth dockyard, there is also hovercrafts/ catamarans/ ferries to isle of wight which has some good beaches for a day out, close enough to take trips to bournemouth, poole and southampton which has a good shopping area. I think the park itself is quite small but has a pool, I think it would be an okay place if you want to go touring around and there is quite a bit available locally.
  • Went to Southsea last October with the sun Holidays and was really pleased with the caravan we had. A small but nice little site really close to portsmouth where there is loads to do. Its also right next to the beach, would nt advise buying entertainment passes though, as there wasnt much on in the club and its only a tiny little place.

Thank you so much for the last code word I booked Haven in Wales in school hols which is great. Now have to see if I can get train up there from sussex as dont fancy the drive lol .
  • The best thing about Southsea Park is there are hardly any amusements for the kids to get caught up in a really nice clean comfortable park and the swimming pool looked good but not open when we were there.
