Best Savings for 6 months

I am on a tracker mortgage until this September at base + 0.49% and am planning to clear this in full in September. I have £130k - £140k currently in a Barclays Nest Egg account in my wifes name (as she is a basic rate taxpayer) and looking for a better return for the next 6 months. (I have already paid off the 10% I am allowed to for this year on the mortgage)
Appreciate any advice as to best place(s).

Link here to best buys instant access accounts. Or you may want to add some to a Cash ISA, if you're quick you could add £3,600 for 08/09 before 5th April 2009 and another £3,600 from April 6th. Also your wife could do the same (assuming you haven't already done this), best buys also below (this will give you a tax free return).
