No idea if they're any good(they are non-ceramic after all), but since I'm a 'straightening virgin', I thought I'd give em a try at that price!:D

Yep got to agree, fantastic price for back up straighteners if your usual pair die. I have the new GHDs and use my old GHDs as back up, but would consider buying these if not.0
