The terms and conditions for this say -

Only original vouchers printed in The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Telegraph between will be accepted.
Photocopies or damaged vouchers are not valid.

I know the voucher on the website is not a photocopy but does anyone know if they accept downloaded vouchers? Also the above website is missing the dates - see above.

    cheers

We had problems using the printed voucher on Sunday, but they did accept it in the end (mainly due to the fact that we have a colour printer and his showed it wasn't a photocopy). The manager said she would accept it but would be contacting head office! Shame-it kind of ruined the meal a bit!

I have yet to be impressed by La Tasca. Mediocre quality food.
  • I can't see the link to print the 50% off voucher at La Tasca, am I missing something?

If I use the Tapas for a Tenner offer do you just order stuff off a list? How do they keep bringing you plates? Or do they bring you one and then another when you have eaten that one?
  • the 'tapas for a tenner' menu is on the la Tasca website, i read somewhere one persons experience of this deal was that you could get 3 dishes each to start with, then when those are finished another 3 each and so on, though i guess the branches may differ.

We went to La Tasca Cambridge on Sunday for the Tapas for a Tenner offer. Party of 4. There is a specific menu, can be viewed on line. At waiter's suggestion they brought us every Tapas on offer. When we got through that lot, we decided which we preferred, and just ordered more. The food kept coming. We also had a jug of Sangria, which I thought was somewhat less than I would have liked for the price. Otherwise a throughly enjoyable evening. Food was good, they got very busy, and ran out of some items, service was good.

I've always found that rather strange logic when they question your 'printed' voucher. It shouldn't matter if it's printed in black and white or colour if it's a downloadable voucher!

And the manager quite rightly accepted it but thought because it was printed in colour that was some proof that was wasn't a photocopy?! If someone really wanted to they could colour photocopy it!

If the head office run a promotion, they should communicate it properly to the staff! I'm fed up of places questioning use of valid vouchers just because they haven't read or understood the instruction from their head office!

Once I was told at McDonalds they could accept my voucher because they "didn't have a button on the till"?!

I visited La Tasca in Queens Square, Liverpool on Monday, with the 50% discount voucher for 'tapas to share' It appears that La Tasca is pre-cooking the food on this menu as our food arrived in less than five minutes from sitting down! Last time we visited, we waited at least 30 minutes and the restaurant was even busier this time! The food was not good, all the dishes were very 'dry' definitely been re-heated. We complained to the manager at the end who said he would take our contact details and invite us back for another meal free of charge, still waiting for his call.................
