Took out a balance transfer for LIFE and paid handling fee with 2.5% min repayment, so thought i had a contract on these terms!! Can they now change the terms to 5% min payment?? What happened to original contract-can they do this?? Any serious ideas out there?

I don't have that particular contract to have, but almost certainly they wrote it in to their terms and conditions that they can make changes.
