I might be being a chimp here, but the current voucher is "this is a stronger offer as it's now valid for 2for1 on a la carte main courses." - now er, does that mean anything that isn't on the set menu? (lunch/early evening) Does it include Tapas?
Confused..0 -

Hi all
I've not heard of this chain, and have never eaten here - would love to hear more opinions on what it's like please and what dishes are recommended.
There is a 2for1 offer and also a lunch time menu, what would be the best one to go for?

Hi :hello:
I have been now and thought I'd report back
The food was very good, had enchalidas washed down with a cocktail and for dessert had a orange spiced chocolate fudge cake with ice cream and it was all delish. Cooked to perfection and my that dessert, I could have eaten a second slice
Would definately recommend it, so much choice aswell. We didn't go for the lunchtime menu but did look at it, and there is alot of choice on it with mains for under £7 and you can add a starter for £1.
I wish we had one closer as would love to go more often now I've discovered it..This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Went the other week to the lakeside one and the food was under cooked or over cooked depending on what was ordered. I had the curry and it had no really flavor to it was really bland (I like kormas so it wasn't that) The pudding I had was Cheese cake and it tasted very artificial, not like the twice baked american cheese cakes.
Would I visit again?
Maybe to see if it was an off night, The only reason we picked it in the 1st place was the 2 for 1 on cocktails until 7.0 -
Hi lynnescomp, I have to say the service was really slow and there were only 3 tables of 2 people dining so I didn't understand why
I did try the Totopas while we waited for mains and wasn't impressed (like tortilla's out of a supermarket with salsa - nothing special but not awful by any means)
I have to say my meal was really good and well cooked thankfully, the refried beans were only luke warm but the rest was hot and I couldn't be asked to say anything as no one was nearby and they didn't come to check if meals were ok.. Ate them regardless
I saw another table having chicken fajitas and they looked good too. My dessert was really good and my other half liked his dessert too.. I would definately go back.
I would like to hear from others that have been which dishes they'd recommend - they had a good choice of starters..
I hope if you go back you have better luck.. We go to Prezzo quite often and for the first time the other week we had a poor meal !! As we've been before though and know it's good I'd go back there too..This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
