You have to 'join the club' by entering your name, email address and which slug and lettuce restaurant is closest to you (the one you want to eat at) and then all you have to do is print off a voucher.
The voucher entitles you to £5 off your meal (food not drinks) with no minimum spend, and if every person in the group has a voucher they should all be accepted.
No waiting weeks for it to come in the post.
My voucher is valid for 14 days.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Direct from the slug and lettuce website.
For use against food orders, not drinks.
I'm going out this evening and plan on using my voucher. If any issues I will post.
UPDATE - worked a treat, no problems, 2x vouchers used for meal for 2 people. You have may have to pay separately, depends on your waiter!
Minimum spend now £10 and you have to make a reservation online for the discount to be valid.0 -

The link says "When: Tues - Sun", for days the voucher is valid.
So my wife booked for this Friday for group from work saying she could get 50% off.
But when we registered with slug & lettuce the voucher id Sunday to Thursday!

I used the voucher with 2 friends on Sunday at the Cambridge branch. First visit there.
Staff were very friendly and attentive however the food was very poor. The salads were full of lettuce and not much else and the portion of chips was small. The food took a long time to arrive despite the place being very quiet for a Sunday. The desert was rather yummy though.
They forgot to take the 50% off after taking the voucher whilst we ordered, however this was rectified. I would go back with another deal like this but I would NOT pay full price as I thought it was very expensive for very basic pub food.0 -

When I tried it (from IE and Firefox), I got a blank screen (there was some HTML, but <BODY></BODY> would imply it was deliberately blank.
Also trying it from S&L's home page and clicking on their link gave the same. Does it work for other people, or is it just me?

No, Ive not been able to gain access to their site for 2 months now and the emails they send with offers are incomplete (no text, just a heading with 50% off) It says in the mail 'read it online' and I get a blank screen, hopeless.
The email voucher is so incomplete that you wouldnt attempt to exchange it for 50% off as there is no text, all very strange.0 -
The 1/3 off Voucher on the Restaurant page suggests that it only applies to a party of three. It does, in fact, apply to a party of up to 4!:j:wave: Falkirk Bairn0
