I like bella italia food but they are very tight with there vouchers you can only use one type of voucher in each transaction

As earlier respondent has said, those boys are tight. Took £ 10 meal offer voucher into outlet today and told needed seperate voucher for each of party. Nothing said this was needed on printed-off voucher. Duly walked out and gave Zizzi custom where six could eat at their offer on single voucher.

Sharp practice or what from B.I.? Will need to improve if they want tempt me to try outlets. Lots of rivals doing better so they need to raise their game.

Hi all,
I have just been to Bella Italia for a pleasant meal. When paying I presented my Young Person's rail-card expecting my 25% off as advertised on the rail-card web-site and the Bella Italia web-site. However, I was immediately told that it is not accepted on a Saturday. Funny how there was no information about this anywhere else. I had no choice but to pay the full price and leave. Really disappointing. I will be writing to Bella Italia as they really should honour their promotions or at least be honest and up front about them!

Good luck writing to them - I wrote months ago to complain we could not get a wheelchair into either of their Leicester Square resturants in London and have been duly ignored.

contact the railcard company - complain to them too as they advertised it.

I tried using a voucher there for the first time and we re told we needed 2.I offerd to go home and print another one but got a very rude response.Starnge as there were only about 3 tables eating you would have thought hey needed the business. Duly walked 20 meters up the road to Zizzis.I emailed a complaint and got a response saying it was passed to the area manager,still no reply from him.
I won't go there again. loads of other great places that happily takevouchers where I live.
