Spybot S&D/Cashback sites

I was wondering if anyone knew for certain if any of the features of Spybot - Search & Destroy interfere with the tracking or cookies used to get cashback on Quidco, Rpoints etc.

For example, I use the following facilities of Spybot S&D:-
  • Check for Problems (Spyware and Usage Tracks)
  • Permament Internet Explorer immunity
  • Permament blocking of bad addresses in Internet Explorer
  • System Internals check
I do not use the Hosts File tool, so my Hosts File has no sites to block in it.

Should this setup cause any problems with tracking/cookies?

I am concerned it might as the immunisation puts a list of sites to block in Tools, Internet Options, Privacy, Sites... such as advertising.com, commission-junction.com, various casinos etc.

Are these geniunely troublemaking cookies that the reputable Cashback sites would not use anyway?
