Can anyone recommend a really good letting agent in Nottingham. I am currently with Countrywide and they are rubbish. Its been 8 months and still no tennats found for my flat. I am not having to pay council tax and cannot afford it

Have you found out why you are not letting your flat, ie, too expensive, not in good decorative order, wrong area! There must be a reason. Have you been getting viewings?

no rent is lower than other similar properties, flat is a new build and in excellent condition. The letting agent keep on saying the market is bad etc I just want a new one hopefully someone can recommend one2010

I was only asking if anyone could recommend a letting agent you didn't have to be so rude. I have not asked for special treatment but 8 months is a long time when they have rented out other similar properties. Ill not bother asking anything again
I am a single parent and cannot aford to pay 2 lots of council tax so I thought I would change the agent as the current one is useless.2010
