A longshot, and possibly one you either might not want to pursue or have already researched, but does the British Legion have any housing stock that they rent to ex-servicemen? I don't mean full chelsea pensioner regalia - just fair rent social housing.
It does all sound very grim but bankruptcy will at least reduce some financial pressure and stress.0 -
Legion does having housing stock 16 housing in salisbury but they are differcult to get long waiting list and we are on it .. Great properties big and far better then the council but dead mans shoes0
-
oh Missed maintenance of list £1450
-
Good. That makes a significant difference. Is it through the CSA, a court ruling or just an informal arrangement? The more formal the arrangement, the easier it is to persuade the OR that it's a necessity.0
-
Not through CSA but agreenet through court on divorce0

Fine. Add it in to the mix, reduce the figure for holidays to £30 (you can argue that the figure reflects holidays for the girls too), and put the cost of travelling to see them under "other child related expenses". You also need to put a figure for opticians. This has disappeared since your original SOA. Don't forget that all figures need to be in whole £s. Round up/down accordingly.
I'm bound to have missed something but others will be around to check and comment.0 -
You should put something about your housing situation on your statement too - I mean the one that is about your reasons for petitioning for bankruptcy. It can't be easy trying to turn things around while you're sleeping on a sofa and caring for an elderly parent.0
