    Hi there,
You need to take out all your debt payments, these don't go on the BR forms, and work your income out as monthly amounts.

I doubt even with the circumstances the receiver would still allow it to be honest....what you listed above is that the total ammount of cash you receive? you contribute to none of the household bills at all?

    try using this

    Are you serious?
You are on incapacity benefit, have medical problems, are sleeping on a sofa and have been on the housing list for 3 YEARS !!!
I would suggest that your local council needs a very strong kick up the a**e or perhaps that you have been overlooked?
Your points allocation must put you very near the top of the list. I think you need to make a few phone calls and perhaps a visit to your local CAB....

Agreed. Are you affiliated to any kind of ex-servicemen's organisation that could write a letter of support? It could also surely be argued to the council that you *and* your father require rehousing.

Are you paying maintenance for the children?
Regarding the cost of seeing them, perhaps this could be entered under "other child related expenses".
    Any insurance?
