seller wrong email address in paypal

Morning!

My seller has put the wrong email address into paypal so my payment is pending. How do (can I?) reclaim the payment to resend to corrected address?

She says paypal told her to get me to do it, no idea how though.

Thanks

Fx

If you log onto your paypal account you will be able to cancel your payment. You can send money to the correct paypal address by going to the send money button.
It is very straightforward to cancel.
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

If the account is capable of being registered for paypal then you may not even have th eopportunity to cancel the payment and there will be no cancel button at all. If this is the case the payment will bounce back to you if not claimed after 30 days and you would need to explain to the seller that you are obviously going to get one payment back before you make another.

The trick is then how you do pay them, since if you try via eBay or even manually via Paypal again it will just go to the incorrect address once more.

Best way I've found is to ask the seller to log onto paypal and request funds from you, selecting eBay item and quoting the number when requested.
