Bunches.co.uk delivered my 'Mothers Day' flowers yesterday!!!

Ok, ordered some flowers for my Mother. Took the standard delivery option which quotes 1-2 days delivery but does let me pick my delivery date so I picked the 21st (this Saturday) to be as close as possible to Mother's Day.
I accept it may get there a day early in 1 out of 10 orders or something but my Mother calls me yesterday (Thursday) to say they arrived etc. So means they must have posted them at least Wednesday FOR A SATURDAY DELIVERY!!!!
I called them to complain and just got some flannel, "blah blah should have picked the (£5) superior delivery option".
So a warning to all if you need something on the right date DON'T BANK ON BUNCHES.CO.UK as their delivery was too early and their response was useless.

Ive had good orders from them before without problems but went with teleflorist this time as bunches arent on Quidco yet. Teleflorist offers £7 and tracks straight away0

I've used Bunches loads of times and have never had a problem. Guess you were just unlucky...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

Exactly same thing happened to us & my MILS flowers arrived on Thursday instead of Saturday for mothers day. Have gone with teleflorist this time so hope arrives on time for my mums birthday.0
