How to edit a flash file

Hi I have downloaded the following flash file(free template have permission to change) and I want to change it to make it more personal. I have double clicked on the file but I can't seem to change the links ie: there is a link from the index page to contacts and one about us but I can't seem to edit them either or how I would create more pages that would become part of the file. New to flash so need easy guidelines. Any ideas?

There is software available which can break flash files into frames and allows you to edit them, it was free on PC Pro magazine cover DVD sometime before Christmas, however I can’t remember what it was called. Perhaps a Google search will give the application name.

Found the software, surprisingly it is called flash decomplier produced by eltimate software.

That will only break each image/sprite/sound etc into files.

You will need Macromedia Flash to edit the files! How much does it cost?!!?!
