I have also contacted TalkTalk who we regret going with to find that this is their DD. We had a call from then during our Sunday dinner, asking if we wanted to change over to their service when we are already with them? How useless can you get. Broadband speed is also really slow and keeps jamming. No extra speed available in our area which is pretty central in Brighton ??

We have had TT for about 18 mths with no problem up until February this year when suddenly, we experenced slow broadband. Since then we have changed the router, the filter twice and there's an internal fault at the exchange. We have done speed tests when we could actually connect to the net which showed that we were slower than dialup. Home page, Google was taking up to 5 minutes to load and forget email. The last straw was that we were told that we were now too far from the exchange.....we have not moved and nor has the exchange!
Is'nt strange that since we are moving to cable on Friday we now have good braodband speed and pleading letters for us to stay! No way!
Talktalk cannot supply their existing customers with the service that we pay for but still try to get more people to sign up. DON'T SIGN UP TO TALKTALK......they cannot and will not deliver. This morning I find a new direct debit from my bank account.....wow, its TT changing MY banking arrangements without letting me know..........IS THIS LEGAL?

Hi Guys,

A number of customers were migrated from one billing system to another about a fortnight back. The new billing system is called Trio as per the DD reference. We did inform all customers involved in the form of a bill pannel message, a letter or an e-mail.

I am totally disgusted with the manner that talk talk treat their customers. I recieved no notice re the change in DD details and so have now moved to Virginmedia.........ahhh now I know what broadband should be like!!!.......lovely and fast,...... Take my tip, ditch talktalk.......it may include free broadband but we all know that you get nothing for free which is exactly what talktalk broadband is.......NOTHING!
