Halifax all in one card

Options
Anyone have any experience or info on this card for stoozing.

I applied for it a while ago but not sent back the paperwork yet.

I currently only stooz with Virgin's 0% card so far.

The card is 0% for 9 months.

Many Thanks

Janine

It's 9 months for both, of course!

Obviously with the BT there is a 3% fee which largely negates the nine months period.

Better (IMO) to use the card for spending (and stop at seven months)

Apparently no one else uses my un-patented method for turning purchases into BTs via Paypoint? Certainly that's how I used my (similar) Bank of Scotland 'Unison' card (9 months) as well as the previous Halifax One offer (15 months) The 'fee' is now 0.2% - 40p per transaction upto £200 = 0.2%

Well, I was made redundant at the end of last month and am now on benefits as a result whilst job hunting so Im not wanting to spend on credit cards at all right now, especially as I recently paid off all my debts. :)

So just wondering if its worth my while to stooze if for the 9 months. I cant find out what the cost will be to transfer the full balance to my bank though.

    Thanks

Don't think Halifax allow you to do balance transfers directly to your current account.

Using it for purchases for 9 months and saving the money you'd have spent on the card in a high interest savings account would be the best bet.
