Thank you to all who repied. (Although I am wishing I had never asked now!)
There was a rather more serious and personal reason for me wanting the pictures removed and thanks to the advice given by NBE, [EMAIL="ric@findthatfuchsia"]ric@findthatfuchsia[/EMAIL] and 1jim, the faces have now been succesfully blurred out.

Ive no clue where you live, but they do seem to have a plan of mapping just about everywhere they can in time. For example, Prestons not yet on but it IS being mapped as I type this

I apologise actually. Im sure in some cases you really do NEED to remove the images

I don't think you're having a go, I was expecting someone to comment anyway !

Google said all number plates were blurred, mine wasn't, I told them about it but didn't really expect them to do anything and I wouldn't have complained again if they hadn't.

Don't really have a good reason for telling them, must be the software tester in me, their software had a defect, I told them about it and they fixed it quickly which is exactly how it should be !
