Just checked my seller dashboard as I was having some minor problems after a run in with a Maltese buyer who left a positive but poor stars. My current totals are showing as 5* across the board except for communication which has dropped to 4.80 from 4.96.
I know some of it can be explained by the Maltese buyer'falling off' the rating but even so it seems odd for communication to have dropped and everything else being rated perfect when I am doing the exact same thing I have always done. Shows you what nonsense this all is. Soon change anyway as I have DVDs back up again with the required free post and that hit my stars a bit last time.

I've offered free postage for a few weeks now...yet people are still rating posting & packaging charges at 4 and below...it's a ridiculous way of measuring seller behaviour if the buyers don't understand how it works.Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j0
