Hello everyone
My dell inspiron laptop which is 8 months old turns off(power) suddenly. sometimes it turns off couple of minutes after working on my laptop and sometimes it can be fine for couple of hours and then turns off suddenly.
This problem is going on for 2 months and the it is geting more frequent.I have got antivirus with Nortona nd it is uptodate.
Please could someone suggest what could be the problem and your help is much appreciated.
Should i contact the customer services with dell as it is less than a year old and it still has warranty.

Sounds like a thermal protection issue (fan full of dust?)
It's 8 months old. Send it back to Dell/place of purchase.Starting Debt: ~£20,000 01/01/2009. DFD: 20/11/2009 :j
