Paypal E-Mail...?

I have just received the following e-mail from paypal but nothing is showing on my transaction history on my paypal account HOWEVER the email shows correctly the last 4 digits of my bank account number and my bank account has disappeared from my paypal profile. What's going on?! My bank account is most definitely NOT closed....
Dear <ME>,
On , we attempted to transfer from your bank account, ending in <last 4 digits of account number>. This transfer was returned by your bank on 19 Mar. 2009 for the reason below:
The bank account is closed.
As a result, this bank account has been disabled from your PayPal account. Please contact your bank for more information or add a new bank account. Please do not contact PayPal because this is entirely an issue between the account holder and their bank.

Have you had a new bank card lately with a new expiry date? Or have you got more than one card listed on your paypal and you accidently tried to transfer from the wrong one (i did this!! 2 cards listed that were both from the same bank, had money in one but not the other!)
If none of these apply, might be worth ringing your bank and asking them for an explanation :0)0 -
