how do you rotate a phone video

hi all
took some footage on my phone yesterday put it in the computer and its sideways.does anyone know how you rotate it
its not the same as a photo you cant just right click then rotate
any help would be great

Assuming you've got Windows Movie Maker installed then follow this guide:

no i have not got movie maker i normally download onto kodak or adobe if there is no other way then i will download movie maker then use that from now on0
