Hey folks. Got a dispute about a bill. BT Say I owe them charges for rental for home broadband but I have written proof and at least 2 letters telling me different. Tomorrow I plan to pay what I actually owe on the bill £29.97 but I need to send proof so I can get BT off my back after this. What addy should I send via post to? I have photocopied original letters and should I post the bill to complaints department or their billing department? TIA.

If I was 100% sure I was right I would deduct the cost of the postage, 10p for the envelope, 3p for each copy & 25p for computer ink off of any money that I owed them to!Not Again0 -
Every option offered to me is getting looked at trust me! All of this started because of a mis-sale of a vision product too. Naughty Naughty. What IS their actual Addy to send letters to? I got 1 for BT PLC Correspondence centre and I have the addy on the BT Bill itself. Not sure what's best to be honest.0

Even if you were 'right' you couldn't arbitrarily decide your own charges without their express agreement.0 -

That's all I needed to know
I'll get this off to them tomorrow morning. Thanks for the email addy too although with the fact most of my emails have been ignored which i've sent last few weeks (even with proof of the charges in dispute clearly cancelled) I think posting is going to end up a better option.
Just to add what you said 1984 about being 100% "right" I am as sure as sure as 100% right can be. When you get told on letters via complaints team and managers that your term charges for BT Broadband we're scrapped and your BT Broadband contract was more or less tore up..............what does that tell you?0 -
