Its like banging my head against a wall
The last time I ordered from their website I paid extra for next day delivery (I was going on a trip which is why I wanted the things I ordered), the order didn't turn up the next working day, or the day after or the day after etc etc so I rang them and told them to canx the order because I didn't want it anymore. Then I had to chase them for a refund!
I ordered again from their website last week, order comes and I think 'WAHEY, freebies' but then it becomes clear that the contents of the box isn't my order. I did the honest thing and called up the customer service department (the stuff in the box is worth more than my order), explained the situation and they say fine, they'll sort it.
My correct order came today but nothing about them taking back the incorrect order.
I'm just annoyed that I'm going to have to ring them AGAIN about a mistake they made. I know its only one phonecall but I just find it frustrating :mad:
Has anyone else had any problems with ordering through the Avon website or am I just unlucky?:rolleyes:
