condenser dryer

Hi

I am looking for a condenser dryer.
It will be going next to a washing machine so I have a drainage point. A friend has told me you can buy a condenser dryer with a perm drain so you don't have to empty to bottle all the time.
Can anyone tell me where I can buy one.
Thanks
Crewe

  • Our condenser dryer came with that option as standard - maybe they all do?

  • The best thing about acondenser dryers is they normally come with an automatic sensor that detects when your washing is dry and turns it off.

Our condenser tumble dryer switches off automatically when everything's dry. Can't see the point of getting a condenser one if you're going to set it up to drain?

    Hi
We can not have a vented dryer because the vent would have to go outside which is not possible.
Can anyone clear this up, do all condenser dryers have a drain system as well as the bottle to empty.
We want to be lazy and not have the hassle of emptying the bottle.
    Any help please.
  • This one definitely says you can connect it to a drain:-

  • The one we have no longer seems to have be for sale - but for your information it is a Creda T632CW. I would suggest actually looking at your local Comet, Currys etc and looking at the product specifications in person.

    Good luck with it.

i think the vast majority will, when they're condensing into a bottle it's still basically a drain anyway!
