No big deal really, but your choice...

I agree. I loaded 6 albums down before Christmas without any problems. It's just Amazons way of controlling the download process; simplifies the user experience (urgh! sorry about that but you know what I mean); reduces Amazons support requirement; basically it's features like this that reduces costs for everyone.:TWearing my other one today.0 -

Plus it helps to fill up your hard drive with unneccessary software. It's just Amazons way of controlling the download process; simplifies the user experience (urgh! sorry about that but you know what I mean); reduces Amazons support requirement; basically it's features like this that reduces costs for everyone.:T:eek:0 -
            Sorry - a no-go for me.
£3 for a huge selection of music? Sounds a no-brainer doesn't it?
So why does Amazon insist you download their own proprietary software to do it? For me this is a simple not-on. An mp3 is an mp3 - you shouldn't need extra software to download, and I'm hugely suspicious about this requirement.
Downloadable music is clearly the future - but not like this. I don't know what Amazon's software does, and I'm surely not about to find out the hard way.
chill out mate. it's fine, it's a small downloader, then you can uninstall it if you like. I'm not even a classical fan, but honestly this is a great deal and I think if I turn it up REALLY loud it'll be ok....I hope.0 -
            Excellent!

Just uninstall it afterwards if you're that desperate for hard disk space! :rotfl:Titus_frogsbutt wrote: »Plus it helps to fill up your hard drive with unneccessary software. Thanks to all who post constructively.

It's only 100 samples, or tasters. It's all a bit too Classic FM for me, but you should give them a listen, you never know you may want to hear the complete pieces.I'm not even a classical fan, but honestly this is a great deal and I think if I turn it up REALLY loud it'll be ok....I hope.Let us be grateful to people who make us happy, they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. - Proust0
