Another Stupid Question: Vibrating house

  • OH has been very helpful. He says he doesn't really know anything about these newer models, but thinks it might be the water not pumping out properly.

He says you can test for this in the following way. Put the machine on a rinse cycle so it fills up. Once it is full, leave it alone until it decides to click over and start pumping out. Time the time it takes to empty - this should be between 1 minute and 1 min 5 secs. If it takes longer than this, it is likely to a blockage.

Does this machine have an external filter? Does it have a user cleanable filter on the front bottom of the machine? (LOL I didn't know machines had front bottoms! ) If so, clean it. The other common problem is if the waste pipe goes into the sink trap - try above first and if the pumping out takes longer and you can't find a filter, post again and/or PM me.
