Excellent service - slingbox/slingmedia

Just a quick one - not often I get to chance to heap praise ;-)
I've got a slingbox (allows you to watch TV on a PC elsewhere), and it failed after about 18 months..
I figured that was probably "it" - and I'd have to get another one.
I phoned up on the offchance that it might just be something simple to fix, and they confirmed it was dead - but when they checked the records they said it had a 2 year guarantee :-)
Even better- he said he'd just post a new one out and then once I'd got that, and when it was all back working, I could use the box to send the unit back any time within the next 4 weeks - they'd even send (& pay for the ) courier to pick it up...
New box arrived after a few days, courier picked up the old one today.
Absolutelty delighted - top quality customer service...:j
