No, it's not a competition. Just means if you tick the "Yes" box to receive further emails from Mars Petcare, "you are consenting to Mars Petcare, a division of Mars UK Limited, collecting and storing you data. Your data will NOT be shared with any third party without your consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time."
You can just tick the "No" box, if you only want the emails about the 6 week challenge, and not have your data stored.0 -

I had the malware warning as well, simply ignored and went and removed the google part of the link.
The letter states that there is a fridge magnet with them but mine didn't contain one. Have e-mailed in the hope they send me another freebie week :P0 -
After recent events with my main computer, and being concerned that I'd been on the site (minus the warning), I checked with Mars Pedigree themselves.
Here is their e.mail response from 17:30 hrs this evening:

Dear [Tibbs, The Freebie Hunter],
Thanks for your enquiry. I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues with our website.
Please be absolutely assured that this promotion is not a scam. The 'potentially harmful' notice is something we are aware of appearing on Google. After consulting with them we can confirm that this is being displayed in error and should be rectified within the next few days.
There is absolutely nothing about our website that should harm your computer.
If there is absolutely anything further we can help with, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Kind Regards,
Sam

Chrome still restricted me, but you can fortunately bypass it.
There must be something minute in the site being picked up by certain browsers and search engines.0
