Singapore Buyer

I had an item finish last night and it was to someone in Singapore. I sent the invoice this morning but I have received this message this morning:

hi there!
there is some stupid problem i have with one buyer. can you provide me your e-mail which is link to paypal so i can pay you via paypal directly asap.

thanks
yi chieh

I am a little wary of sending them my e-mail but I don't quite know why!? :o Should I send my details or keep it through ebay?

Many thanks.

why would they need your email? if they are paying through paypal via ebay they don't need your email. I wouldn't give out your email.

Just because they are apperently having problems with a cust does not mean you have to send out your details.

Calmly explain that you have sent the invoice and they just have to proceed as normal through the checkout via the invoice.

If they have deleted the invoice in their ebay account usually there should be another email to your paypal email address so tell them to check their emails for the invoice and again follow the checkout procedure.

OT- I was royaly screwed over two months ago by someone in china but that was because they took my money and deleted their account. PayPal did nothing :(

    Back OT good luck!!

They appear to want the email address linked to your paypal. There's no need to be paranoid about it, it appears on the invoice you sent, perhaps they lost the invoice.

    Chill :D

Personally I would just re-send the invoice, then they can just click and pay.

You might check that your email address on the listing is correct as if there is a typo, the paypal payment will not get through - perhaps that is the issue ?

So long as you send them it via eBay, I don't see what difference it makes...not like they can't get it anyway! Maybe they're just confused. Re-send the invoice & tell them you have. I recently had someone from overseas pay direct to my Paypal rather than from the eBay link - v weird & not sure why but had no issues.

I meant the invoice that was sent by OP. It's easy to lose an email.
