NEXT- Warning

I have some Next gift vouchers with the intention of buying myself some large items ie. washer etc... just phoned up to place the order to be told I can't use them, I would have to open up a 'next credit card' account and order via that then pay off using gift vouchers...
I am so angry... I am not in a positon to obtain a credit card.
Why didn't they make us aware of that at the time of purchase? grrrr

You bought the gift vouchers knowing you would be using them to buy a washer that is sold in the online catalogue? Why didn't you ask them?
  • No I didn't buy specifically for the washer... but would like to purchase a washer with them.
However, I was told in one of the stores that I could use these cards for online purchases - and yes I could go in the store and challenge what was said but we get into the 'he said, she said' scenario which would achieve nothing. I will pop into a store tomorrow/later today and try to use them, if not I guess I will need to re-think, just seems a shame that I can't use them for what I would of liked, I guess I will be able to buy a lot of 'instore' clothing with them!
