Can some please help?

Hi,
I signed up to emusic for a two weeks free trial. I gave them my email address and credit card number, but I have had no mail from them!
Their site is not very good and I cannot see myself downloading £13 of music a month. To cancel is it just a matter of cancelling any payments from bank account and uninstalling on computer?
It has taken me a lot of time and courage to attempt this option of getting music, and now find it useless and worrying, to say the least.

Hi, it could well be that their emails have been blocked by your ISPs (or your email software's) junk mail filters. If you have access to your junk/spam emails, maybe through your ISP's webmail service you will find them?

Or if you want to bail out then just cancel

OMG, what a mess!
Air, thanks for the link.
When I clicked on the link to cancel, the email address that was already in place, is only partly right, no wonder I did not get any mail from them! When I put my whole email address in, it is not recognised.
Not sure what I can do now :eek: any suggestions please?

Try logging in to your account using the partly right email address and your password. Then there should be somewhere that you can change your personal details, including your email address, change it to the correct one and you should be ok.

Well, at last I have managed to cancel membership! The free trial period ends 27th March but the membership will be cancelled 12th April so will still have to pay a month's membership :mad: so much for free trial!

If they are billing you until 12th April then you are a member until 12th April, and as I understand it you get up to 50 downloads for each month's subscription
