Raileasy grrrrrrrrr

Anyone else had trouble with these? Myself and a friend had a trip to Nottingham to see Il Divo, sorted tickets out on the pc, it was so easy, the tickets came through in plenty of time.
So, we get on the train for the first part of the journey, all fine, get on the Midlands train, the conductor looks at our tickets and says we havent paid enough. Said we needed to pay another £21.40, I paid, skint myself and told him I would complain when I got home.
For over 2 weeks now I have been emailing raileasy, and getting nowhere, they said after 10 emails to get in touch with Midland trains, but raileasy took my money, can anyone help please?

    Why are you complaining??

What did you think would happen if you didn't pay enough for your journey??

I think the complaint is that they paid Raileasy for the tickets and they supplied tickets that wouldnt get them to the final destination!

Do you still have the tickets?

What does it says under "Route", "Validity" and "Type" on the tickets Raileasy sent you. Also, what does it say on the ticket the conductor gave you.

If possible, could you email/PM a scan of the tickets to me and I'll have a look.

A point to note in the future, you would have paid an admin fee/credit card charge or something to Raileasy. Going directly to a train company there wouldn't have been this charge.
