travel insurance for dubai

Dubai does not seem to be listed on the moneysupermarket best buys travel insurance sites I have checked so far. Is Dubai covered under an annual multi- trip policy ??What is the best /cheapest one to use ?? cheers

It is definately covered, it will depend on which company you select as to what region they class it. A lot of companies will have one rate for Europe & Countries bordering the Med, another region for the rest of the Worldwide Excluding the USA, Canada & the Caribbean and the final region (Which is the most expensive) being Worldwide including USA, Canada & the Caribbean.

On the above basis you would select Worldwide Excluding USA, Canada and the Caribbean.

If you still not sure post the name of the Insurer you are thinking of using and one of us will check it for you

Dubai is not a country in the true sense of the word, Dubai is one of the emirates (Region) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), so when checking for insurance check that it covers the United Arab Emirates (UAE), if it does Dubai is covered being part of the UAE.
