It was such a relief I can't tell you. I thought I was going to be like the jeans and guitar insurance adverts on tv saying "this is what I could have bought with the money I'd saved if I had just...."
:rotfl: I had visions of all these things dancing round your house then!
Did get some useful books from the library on blogs, twitter and building websites - hopefully they might help with my technical problems!
    There's a book on twitter???

I'm liking Quidco atm. I found a linkthru that gets you 70p per survey you do. And added to the £40 I've just got for switching energy supplier, and £20 for house insurance, and £11 for car breakdown cover, I'm lovin it :D :money:
I know it's nothing new to you, but I forgot about it for most of last year, daftly, and I'm remembering it much more this year and actually seeing the payments into my account :D Have actually told sister about it, before she loses out on the chance to make money back on setting up utilities and such on their new flat. Wonder if it'll fall on deaf ears tho...;)

Glad that you are getting into quidco. I have at least £38 coming to me in April from cashback sites (scheduled payments). I am also due to renew my car insurance - and last year I got £70 back on that... My home insurance is due in May... another opportunity for cash back and so it goes on.

Please give me the survey link as not noticed that one.....

I was thinking too - about the business cards you were on about. I've just had an email through iPoints about vistaprint's current offer for 250 free business cards (just pay p&p) so you could do it that way? And if 250's not enough you could order some and I could order some and send em you?

Hi everyone - thanks for reading. Loads going on for me at the moemnt.

Well yesterday I was talking to someone who I may link up with on my website. Today someone else said they may be able to send me some business. It feels like things are starting to move.

I have also set up a blog that I love the look of so am going to investigate whether I can move my whole site to the same platform as I prefer that one! Still wrestling with how I can implement a secure forum with very little web knowledge! Ideally using a wordpress plugin as that is what my blog is written in.

I am now up to a whole 38 followers on twitter!

This morning DS told me he had lost his pe kit - I was dreading the £70 of so replacement cost but it has turned up at school today - what a relief!

I have input my holidays today - still need to input some expenses and send off sick notes but it is a start at least.

Interview tomorrow - really need to do some prep. I am being coached tomorrow before it so hopefully that will help. I am also coaching someone for free tomorrow evening.

I went to my nhs physio appointment today. My knees were clicking loads and she said my knees were both out of alignment but may well have been since I was a teenager! She has suggested some exercises to improve their alignment and to strengthen my knees generally - now just need to do them.

    Bye for now!

    Thanks Lucielle, BTD and Verbatim!

I've got my daughter playing boggle - it was only £1 form a charity shop but she adores it. It is a little word game - very MSE at that price!
