viners cookware set

let me 1st start off with how angry i am with viners. my darling other half bought me a nice 5 piece set of saucepans for christmas and ive had nothing but problems since. i called them a week ago to explain that the non stick coating was comng off and the bolts holding on the handles were cooroding. so they sent me a new set for free. yesterday the replacement was received and i was realy happy, until i opened the box. the frying pan handle is loose and the base and sides are so rusty it looks like it has stored in salt. i rang them back up and they said it was unusual and that i had to send both sets back. also that theyd send me, yes you have guessed right! another set!!!! :eek:
what on earth am i meant to do now. i have wasted time and money. any advice or similar experieces?

Get the third set, and if you're not happy with those return them all and ask for a refund? Usually cookware has quite a reasonable guarantee period on it.

I use Tefal pans - they're mid-price and the non-stick coating lasts 3-5 years. There's no way it should be coming off after a few months!

i think i might try the next set. they wont give me a refund though

I purchased a set of Viners cookware some time ago, my set has performed superbly Other than the non stick pan which sounded similar to mamabear09's post . I took a photo of it & emailed it to Viners customer service dept last weekend. 3 days later i received a replacement in the post. Smashing service, my set would be a couple of years old with no receipt so top marks for service from me.
