Dogs 'copy' their masters/mistresses, Tixy - so how do you dry yourself after 'frolicking' about in the long wet grass. ;)

Ah that explains it - When I get out the shower I always stand around waggling my bum and panting waiting for someone else to come along and dry me :rotfl::rotfl:

Just dropping in to say hi. The op went well and I am now home but still feel dopey from the anasthetic and I carnt speel either.

Had a traumatic time last night - there was a nutter on the wards who kept screaming that he wanted to leave, apparently he was in at the weekend for treatment as he has burst a blood vessel in his eye by jabbing himself with his druggie needle:rolleyes: I went to the nurse's station to ask for some toiletpaper (so degrading as there wasnt any:mad: the nutter was screaming at them and had grabbed a chair from the dayroom and was waving it about. As there was no toilet paper, I went back to my bed to pick up some facial tissues and the nursers were backing away from him - I went to the loo (when you have a GA - it makes you go) when I came out the idiot was wielding a different chair and shoving it in my direction (like a lion tamer) needless to say it was quite unnerving as I had had my surgery, I couldnt wear glasses and had this massive patch on my eye, I thought about calling the police as my mobile was on my bedside table but the police eventually arrived and took him away - with the promise to bring him back the next day, we all voted on our ward to not accept him back because there was no need for that type of behaviour especially towards us patients. I have never witnessed anything like it and hope never too again. I am relieved to be home and was taken to Aldi to do a bit of shopping then I went to a pub for some lunch - it was great to eat real food that was easily identifiable and actually tasted of what it should taste of instead of being a stale cheese sandwich or soup that tasted of salt and a dinner that tasted of nothing. Fell exhausted into my bed and then slept till 7pm and I am about to go there again - I am really tired and don't feel so hot.

It rained and rained - ex OH was supposed to come up last night but a 2.5hour thunderstorm kept him in London and so he drove up today.
