Cut out the afternoon naps, the cheese sandwich at suppertime and the beer, have a nice milky drink, have a bath and use some original source lavender bubbles and rub yourself with their lavender shower gel. Switch the tv off and go to bed at say 11pm and you should sleep all the way through til 7 - if you wake up in the middle of the night get up and go to the loo and go back to bed again. It works for me:D

I Honestly don't know why I can't sleep, or more likely go back to sleep:confused:
If I wake up then thats it I'm awake:rolleyes:
I can go to bed at 11 wake up at 5 and thats it i'm awake
or go to bed at 9 and wake up at 4
Bed at 12 up at 3
no real reason, just a bad sleeper, sometimes glad I live on my own:p:rotfl:

I've always been a bit of an insomniac too:rolleyes:. I usually wake up about 4times a night. Luckily I seem to only need 5-6hours sleep a night. The thing that helps me the most is making sure I don't eat too late and I always sleep better if I've spent a lot of the day outdoors or been to the gym (not to self must go the the gym more:rolleyes:).
