I have some news about the trees, it would appear that as the trees are poplars they shouldnt have been cut down:j Now I am working with various members of the council to get preservation orders slapped on all the others - it would seem that although the poplars were not preserved the householder should still have asked the council's permission to chop them down and they haven't done so:rolleyes:

Good to see you're getting somewhere with the 'arborial' problem. :T :TI am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Just to report the Cluckle sisters, Pauline and Barietta, are safely tucked up in their Eglu for the night. Various contented clucking sounds can be heard so I assume they approve of their accommodation.One life - your life - live it!0 -
