    I have just been for a walk in our local 'country park' - that's a posh name for a few fields that a farmer 'sold' to the council at an exhorbitant price - and it was absolutely superb - just getting a bit chilly now, though.

    I've been gardening and defrosting the freezer. Now I have plasters on 3 knuckles- I look like I've been fighting!
